The Associates, an organization of current Special Event Management professionals looking at creative ways to adapt to online, virtual, and hybrid engagements. Having started in January 2020 as special events management students at George Brown College, we are dreamers inspired to bring forth your vision, with detailed and conscientious planning.

The Associates can help you organize events and provide hospitality in a uniquely safe and adaptable way during the pandemic. By maximizing your time and funds we endeavor to create engaging connections for unique meetings or celebrations. We want your affair to be a meaningful production that connects you to your guests and audience. With our dynamic perspectives in virtual and hybrid events as well as technical production knowledge and skills, you can leave us to harness the chaos, allowing you to seamlessly host your affair.

Bronze Package will provide approximately 60 hours of consulting service.

(Virtual, in-person attendance or a hybrid of both)  

​

The consulting service can include, but is not limited to in-person, and/or virtual consultations for event areas such as:  

  • Streaming and virtual platform choices 

  • Internet review and upgrades/supports 

  • Stationary setups 

  • Entertainment 

  • Rentals – internet, broadcasting equipment and/or screens 

  • Décor and Design for digital materials and/or stationary setups  

  • Venue  

  • Proper timeline checking  

  • Photography and Videography 

  • Technicians (Lights, sounds)  

  • License requirements  

  • Budgeting  

  • Compliance with local pandemic restrictions and Public Health guidelines

Silver Package will provide the planning service that provides  around  100 hours  of planning services include, but not​​  limited to, the following items  

  • Overall theme/décor & design  

  • Food and beverage selection and tastings  

  • Marketing and Communications (including registration, guest management, and promotion material)  

  • Logistics management  

  • Venue selection  

  • Project planning and management  

  • Risk assessment  

  • Venue selection  

  • Speaker, host, performer selection  

  • Compliance with local pandemic restrictions and Public Health guidelines

This package is including the bronze and silver package then leads to the on-site executive to assist clients to hold a better virtual, hybrid event  consulting, planning, and execution for up to 150 connections (Virtual, In-person attendance, or hybrid of both)
