GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDEES

Craftoween will take place on Cisco WebEx – one of the best virtual event platforms currently. 

We highly recommend you download and set up Cisco WebEx on your computer before the event from here.

 

Otherwise, you can still join the event from your browser, we recommend Microsoft Edge browser for a smooth experience.

How to join the event 

You receive an invite with a link, a meeting password, and instructions on how to join via email. Click the link to join the meeting. You will be asked to enter your kid’s name and the meeting password.

A Craftoween bucket containing kid-friendly goodies will be delivered to your doorstep prior to the event. During the physically distant delivery, your kids will get a personalized meet with one of our spooky characters: Hecate the witch, Boo Bones the sparkling skeleton, or Mystic Kitty!

Halloween Costume

There will be a creative costume contest for registrants and we encourage everyone to be in costume, however it is not necessary. As a reminder, we ask that costumes be appropriate, and not be sexual in nature, depict drugs or alcohol, or be offensive in nature. We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of a costume

During the event

Once the host starts, the whole event will be recorded

We expect polite and proper decorum from all attendees during the event. Those who do not comply will be removed from the event session, and refunds will not be provided

  • No offensive languages when speaking or in the chat.

  • No inappropriate languages or negative judgments on other attendees.

  • Do not send any graphic or inappropriate messages or images.

  • Do not take photos or screenshot of other attendees.

After the event

An email with a survey will be sent to you after the event. We’d love to know what your experience was like, and would love to improve for next time!
