VENUE & DESTINATIONS
For this adventure, we would charter the Wind Surf, the world’s largest Sailing Ship, operated by Windstar Cruises. This flagship yacht can accommodate 342 guests and is the perfect backdrop for our Greek Adventure! Having been extensively renovated in 2019, from the common spaces to each stateroom, the Wind Surf makes luxury personal. This sailing home away from home is the perfect setting to reward and celebrate Supersoft’s top performers.
With rugged mountains, exotic, pristine beaches with crystal-clear waters, green valleys, quiet lakes and lush forests – Greece has it all! You can wander alongside stunning coastlines, explore the ruins of ancient cultures, and dine on fresh Mediterranean cuisine. With mostly sunny days and very little chance of rain, April in Greece brings warm spring temperatures, with an average of 15°C (59°F). Hellas Journey takes the Supersoft Incentive Group on a tour of “Essential Greece” with ports of call in Mykonos, Rhodes, and Santorini.

THEME
The theme of Hellas Journey is focused on rest and relaxation, as well as an ad time to attendees.
The main visual presents the mountains, seas and cultural architecture unique to Greece. Instead of focusing solely on the standard Hellenic, blue and white, Hellas Journey incorporates the hues found in a uniquely Mediterranean sunset. On the main visual graphic, the Greek iconic building shines under the sunset, which brings creates a unique and relaxed atmosphere. The colours of the sunset include shades of dark purple, burgundy, fuchsia, light peach-red and yellow; these colours create a warm and relaxed atmosphere, blurring the lines between work and pleasure. When brought together, the colours create an overall visual kaleidoscope. There are 2 blues that outstanding in the main visual to emphasize the representation of Greece.
During the trip, there will be 4 different red lights that gradually change every day from light to dark, which correlate to a specific day on the trip, and reveal the day passed and the journey is almost finished like the sun goes down.
The main title font is ADONAIS which style is Greek inspired. The subtitle font is JOSEPH, which is more casual and softer to balance the intensity and weight of the main title. The content font is chosen according to the consideration of readability.

We will implement the theme by branding and maintaining colour consistency across the event including:
